However, to make sure our relationship stays as fresh as a newly mowed lawn, we’ve gathered all the "essential" info in one place. From where we work to how long we stay, here is everything you need to know to keep your project growing in the right direction.

General Services & Logistics

  • Our Turf (Service Area): We are proudly based in and serve the London area. We love the city, but if your property is a bit further afield (outside the M25/Greater London), don't worry—we can still help! Please note that travel costs may vary for locations outside our primary zone.

  • Time on Site: We don't believe in rushing a masterpiece. Depending on the size of your garden, a standard maintenance visit typically lasts between 2 to 4 hours. For larger "Very Large" estates or complex removals, we may stay for a full day (up to 8 hours) to ensure every leaf is in its place.

  • Supplies & Materials: To help us come fully prepared, please mention any specific supplies or materials (like specific mulch, plants, or fence panels) in your initial request. We can source these for you to save you the heavy lifting!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Not necessarily! As long as we have clear access to the garden or the items needing removal, you can go about your day. We’ll send you "before and after" photos so you can see the magic we’ve worked while you were out.

  • We’re used to the British weather! If it’s just a light drizzle, we’ll keep grafting. However, if it’s "raining cats and dogs" (which can damage your soil or paintwork), we will contact you to reschedule for the next available dry slot.

  • We make it easy. We accept bank transfers, or we can set up a recurring payment for our Membership tiers so you never have to worry about an invoice again.

  • We love a multi-tasker! If you have a small interior job, let us know in advance. If time allows, we can often add it to the day’s schedule; otherwise, our Silver and Gold members get priority booking for "Essential Interior" call-outs.

  • While we handle almost all household and garden waste, we cannot legally remove hazardous materials like asbestos or toxic chemicals. For everything else—from old sofas to bags of soil—we’ve got you covered!

  • We don’t like to leave our customers hanging on the vine! Our team typically responds to all form submissions and general queries within 24 hours. If you reach out over the weekend, we’ll be sure to get back to you first thing Monday morning to get your project booked in. For anything super urgent, feel free to give us a ring!
